个人简历

秦娅风，女，1993年生，山西长治人，讲师。

2023年获得辽宁师范大学人文地理学博士学位，2025年12月大连理工大学工商管理博士后流动站出站，2026年1月进入辽宁师范大学海洋可持续发展研究院工作，主要从港城体系、航运网络韧性及海洋安全研究与教学工作。主持完成中国博士后科学基金、辽宁省社科规划等项目3项，参与完成国家社会科学基金重大项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等5项.在《地理学报》《地理科学》、Reliability Engineering & System Safety、Cities、Habitat International等发表相关学术论文20余篇，参与撰写的研究报告获辽宁省哲学社会科学奖成果奖（第九届）二等奖。
